Job Description

Job Title: Payment Poster

Sr. Associate Min. 2 years 'months of payment posting working experience preferably in Hospital if not, physician RCM

Location - Hyderabad

Shift - US shift (5:30 PM to 2:30 PM)

Skills / Competencies:

1. Knowledge in understanding the payment posting
2. Working knowledge of handling ERA exceptions and protocols.
3. Understanding the payer contracts, evaluating expected reimbursements
5. Working knowledge of posting of refunds, offsets and recoupments.
6. Communication English: Verbal, written and comprehension with email etiquettes

Technical competencies:

1. Typing speed of min of 40 WPM
2. Experience in Meditech and EPIC is an added advantage.
3. MS Excel
4. Communication over Webinar (MS Teams/GTM/Zoom etc.).
5. Educational qualification: Graduate (Must)
