Are you the one that we are looking for
Inviting applications for the role of Principle Consultant: Oracle Middleware Administrator
Responsibilities:- Oracle Middleware Administrator to support SOA & BPM and Oracle INtegration Cloud on Linux.
- Both envs are on-prem.
- Activities include administration of the platform, Patching, Upgrades etc.
- Meet all contractual metrics such as SLAs, Project work, Reporting etc.
- Excellent people management ability including Talent Management, Career planning, Retention, Skill building etc. working along with support teams
- Implementation of efficient processes, quality initiatives, adoptions of the best methods and achieve continuous improvements in proficiency.
- Building and maintaining a robust favorable identity for Genpact IT Services within the client through interaction with key influencers and decision makers on a global basis. Presence in client forums
- ITIL Intermediate certified or higher is helpful
Qualifications we seek in you
Bachelors Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Preferred qualifications- Very good written and presentation / verbal communication skills with experience of customer interfacing role. In-depth requirement understanding skills with good analytical and problem solving ability, interpersonal efficiency, and positive attitude
