Job Description

Qualifications: B.COM /M.Com

Essential (must have):

• Sound Knowledge of Revenue Assurance & Accounts Receivable process
• Sales V/s Collection reconciliation. (DSR Reconciliation)
• Revenue Booking/ Credit Card reconciliation.
• Reviewing day-to-day Sales accounting activities, account reconciliations & ledger scrutiny.
• Closing monthly / quarterly Tender reconciliation.
• Preparation of reports i.e Debtors, Sales Statistics, Credit Card / Cash reconciliations etc.) on monthly basis and reporting to the Manager
• Good Knowledge of excel
• Knowledge of SAP
• Prefrably from Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) Industry
• Team handling of 3-4 members

Main Responsibilities to be handled

• Reviewing day-to-day Sales accounting activities, account reconciliations & ledger scrutiny.
• Closing monthly / quarterly Tender reconciliation.
• Preparation of reports i.e Debtors, Sales Statistics, Credit Card / Cash reconciliations etc.) on monthly basis and reporting to the Manager
• Review with client on all AR related deliverable
• Handling audit queries

Salary : upto 42K CTC
