Job Description
We are hiring for Executive/Sr. Executive - Accounts into Accounts Receivable and mentioned below is the JD :
Qualification : B.com/M.com
Essential (must have):
- Sound Knowledge of Accounting & Accounts Receivable process
- Invoicing to B2B customers.
- Collection Accounting.
- Sales V/s Collection reconciliation (DSR Reconciliation).
- Revenue Booking/ Credit Card reconciliation.
- Bank Reconciliation.
- Knowledge of SAP
- Knowledge MS excel
- Preferably from Quick service restaurant (QSR) industry
Main Responsibilities to be handled :
- Revenue & Collection accounting,
- Daily Sales Vs Collection recon,
- Reconciliation of Food Aggregators,
- Follow-up with Restaurants for any discrepancies in the collections.
- Month end Activity.
- Credit Card Reconciliations, BRS, GV reconciliation, Sales Cash reconciliation
Salary :
- Upto 21K CTC for Executives
- Upto 26K CTC for Sr. Executives
