Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for establishing and maintaining harmonious relationships with clients ensuring smooth & continuous flow of transactions.
Be an expert on issues of service levels, prices, competitors, carriers etc within the air freight industries.
Qualify, target and secure new clients in line with the Sales Plan.
Maintain and progress an active Sales Pipeline of prospect clients.
Responsible for handling clients/ agents inquiries and servicing customer s needs.
Prepares booking/ reservation to carrier and provide up to date shipment information's to clients.
Contributes to the major goals of the Company in uplifting sales/ revenues.
Work on resolution of problem shipments, invoicing issues and collection of funds from past due accounts.
Always adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Required Skills:
Smart and confident with good convincing and negotiation skills.
Good analytical skill.
Good Communication and presentation skill.
Ready to travel extensively within city
