Job Description

We are looking for a HR Executive (fresher). The training will be provided by the client.

Job Responsibilities

Should have a capability of managing the full company and clients
Should maintain good relations with all departments
Must have good knowledge in basic calculations on Gross Salary, OT etc
Should be flexible in working on different software platform
Should have good communication skills
Should be a part of the recruitment team and conduct interviews
Should be able to conduct training on time as per the company norms
Should be willing to work in liaison department too

Please note that this job is only for Freshers
