Job Description

HP ConvergedSystem for SAP HANA is an integrated appliance consisting of SAP software, Linux operating system, servers, storage, and network switches running mission critical in-memory database. Remote Deployment Specialists will be expected to perform upgrades and expansion of existing appliances, new deployments, and deliver proactive services to existing installed base, worldwide, using remote support tools and methodologies. Candidates are expected to be proficient in change management best practices and must demonstrate strong hands on experience. In addition, they should demonstrate coordination skills to direct the work of onsite resources as required. The role does not require travel.

Job Qualification
Relevant Experience:
Minimum 4-5years of hands-on experience on HP servers, storage, and networking
Ability to work in shifts and on weekends (mandatory)
Applicant should have core technical proficiency in a minimum of two areas
o Linux Operating System
o HP Servers
o HP Storage
o HP Networking
ITIL v3 certification preferred
High analytical and troubleshooting skills
Commitment and attitude to deliver high quality solution (holistic) support
Act as and support a team at a worldwide level
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
