Job Description

Job Describtion-
To Prepare Job wise Cost Estimation, forecasting, work order management, in support of engineering projects.
To plan, prepare, coordinate and consolidate all estimating activities including Quotations.
Responsible to create, update and maintain data using MS Excel / MS Project for project planning, scheduling, monitoring and control.
Monitor material usage, production progress and commissioning status.
Work in conjunction with the Planning Manager in the development of overall project procurement strategy, sequencing, phasing and logistics.
Reviewing the planning and scheduling of work on current projects to ensure that activities are effectively planned, resourced and completed.
Documentation and submitting weekly reports, PPT Presentation regarding each Project to Department Head and keeping paperwork organized and also managing mails.
To attend Review Meetings, Project Meetings, Client-Contractor Meetings & Site visits.
