Job Description SM1 Planning
Candidate is expected to have strong analytical and stakeholder management skills. Required to align category stakeholders towards common goal. Willingness to solve problems from process, people and systems angle to achieve goal.
Role Summary
1.EOL Deal Closure and long-term liquidation
- High level of accuracy in the EOL plan numbers regarding sellout in defined time period at the required price.
- Drive timely inputs through all sell levers to maximize sales and minimize investment.
2.Slow-Moving Non-Moving Inventory Planning
- Model level offer/visibility closures to plan >80% liquidation of SMNM during festive
3.Selection Strategy & Supply
- Assess selection gaps vs Comp to solve for Org Goals
- Recommend opportunity areas and prevent not only portfolio gaps but also directly competing products and product positioning

1.Rational and analytical decision-making, negotiating and influencing skills
2.The ability to work effectively on a team or independently. Accountability, initiative, integrity and maturity are pre-requisites
3.Ability to work with Spreadsheets and R for doing daily analysis.
4.Strong business and financial acumen to convert a number analysis into a business story and
having strong ability to articulate.
5.Build and fortify a strong business/data models by going in-depth and understanding where opportunities are and chasing them with innovative ideas
6.Ability to work like a corporate Entrepreneur with minimum handholding and defining the
correct path for the team members and stakeholders to achieve results
7.Customer first approach in problem-solving and ability to quantify risk to customer metrics for any decision or approach
8.Strong self-conviction and passion for work
Educational Qualification & Work Experience
- 4-6 yrs of experience in Planning & Stakeholder Management
- Strong in Product Understanding & Analytics
