Inviting applications for the role of Consultant- Research Operation Support
In this role, you would be part of the Capital Market- Wealth Management Research Operations team. This team provides operations support for Disclosures, Database maintenance (through UI) and Research Publication Workflow. Team is responsible for review of all reports before publishing / archiving. Any error(s) on the Reports are escalated to the management team for further action.
Responsibilities
- Should able to review SMA s and Mutual Fund products.
- Should be able to help Wealth Management Analyst for Summary Wright up.
- Should able to manage financial holding with custodian.
- Review Monthly List of undefined holdings line items from oversight team and assign taxonomies.
- Should upload holdings data for our clients. Anything not defined in our database is defined in order to pull into system.
- Holdings data run quarterly attribution reports for client and match to what is provided on for client reporting. Excel file Needs to be revamped and issues arise that require manual fixing case by case.
- Populate the PowerPoint template with update custom solutions composite figure.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
- BE/B Tech
- Masters (preferably in Finance)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred qualifications
- Excellent communication skills & highly proactive in approach
- Should be willing to work in 24x7 environment, US Shift Window and on India Holidays
- Excellent troubleshooting & problem solving skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines / SLAs
- Excellent Understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Proactive and Ability to manage & prioritize deliverables
- Quick Learner
- Experience preferably in back office
- Knowledge/exp. of Capital Markets & Wealth Management domain is an added advantage for this position.
- Working knowledge of Bloomberg and factset.
