Job Description
Process Developer - TreasuryThe positions operate in a dynamic and deadline driven environment and are well suited to those with strong processing skills and a positive, can do attitude. The candidate must also be willing to work flexible and varying shifts through the year and also must react positively and effectively to needs of handling volume spikes (usually at quarter & year ends)
Payments:- Monitor incoming payments & handle exceptions
- Monitor mailbox and Send/reply emails
- Run required reports
- Process payments and Investigate queries
- Co-ordinate with banks and handle query/bank calls
- Provide training to backup resource
- Mailbox management
- Receipts monitoring
- Checking bank statements
- Plotting large value payments/receipts
- Handle cash flows and Take funds movement decisions
- Raise movement payments and handle returned payments
- Monitor receipts & complete accounting
- Download updates and update procedure document as and when required
- Graduate in Commerce
- Proven experience in Treasury/ AP Payments
- Insurance/ Reinsurance Domain knowledge
- Lean/Six Sigma awareness
- Good Communication Skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel & Excellent analytical ability
- High level attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven delivery of high quality output.
- Ability to build relationships with internal customers in Genpact and very importantly with client must be seen as a proactive, helpful team player
- High customer service orientation and Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to respond to stretch situations of volume spikes as and when the need arises
