Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with US organization to design and execute AGs Sales diligence and onboarding processes
- Perform due diligence on prospective clients to generate financial insights through review of their financial records and ledger system
- Prepare analyses to help the Business Development team understand the complexities of prospective clients accounting procedures
- Document findings in Insights Reports which convey complex accounting concepts to clients and teams within AG in a succinct manner
- Collaborate with AGs Data Analytics team to develop metrics for the Business Development team and regularly extract data sets
- Develop and create agendas, templates, and tools to assist internal teams with onboarding new clients
- Develop one-on-one relationships with the Business Development team and project leads
- Ensure deliverables are accurate and sent within scheduled timeframes
- Showcase leadership skills and manage internal/external expectations
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting is required, Masters Degree in Accounting or CA certification is a plus
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Self-motived with a strong work ethic
- Organizational skills and proactive approach to accuracy and attention to detail
- Knowledge of QuickBooks and other US accounting systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office; working knowledge of Power BI
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Possesses a combination of both problem-solving and innovation skills to attend to several technical production challenges
