Job Description

The Business Analyst is responsible to conduct legal research and gather all legal information from internal/external stakeholders that seek legal and regulatory support.
Should be able to liaison with the organizations to help them improve their processes and systems. Conduct research and analysis to come up with solutions to business problems and help to introduce these systems to Business and their clients
Analyze the structure of a business, how it uses technology and what its goals are
Identify problems within a business, including through using data modelling techniques
Communicate with senior people in organizations to find out what they hope to achieve
Formulate ways for businesses to improve, based on previous research
Persuade internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technology or strategies
Oversee the implementation of new technology and systems
Run workshops and training sessions
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or Physics majors or graduation from Technical School
Strong domain knowledge in Enterprise Matter Management & Legal Operations
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Self-reliant and motivated self-starter
Project and task oriented with a focus on details
Ability to work well within group or individually on projects
Successful completion of projects where programming languages are used to solve problems desired
Ability to carry out all policies and procedures as established by the team, department, or company at large
Review business requirement and the feasibility
Problem solving, RCA skills
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
Ability to reason logically and provide innovative solutions
