At least 4 to 8 yrs of exposure of modem support/protocol log analysis experience for LTE technology, with at least 2 years of mandatory exclusive hands on experience on LTE L1 protocol Candidate should have very deep knowledge of 3GPP specification 36.201/36.211/36.212/36.213/36.214 Have rich and strong experience in LTE (ERRC, EMAC, ERLC layers) log analysis Good understanding of digital communications systems, RF propagation, OFDM, telecommunications concepts Have exposure to customer support activities of 4G/5G modem on smart phone projects, mainly based on Android Excellent debugging skills, good experience on analyzing mobile protocol logs UE side(Specifically L1 modules) - Debugging of field issues Ability to convince a customer using strong technical arguments and soft skills Have a very fast turnaround time for modem issue analysis. Analyze 2-3 issues in a day Smart and sharp in approach, and should be able to think deep for various scenarios Good attitude towards work, hard working, highly motivated and self managed Ability to maintain own work flow and deadlines.
