Job Description
JOBDESCRIPTION: Regional Leads-Hiring Business Development Managers to manage the regional SalesTeam who are growth hungry and have proven experience of handling teams and targets. KeyResponsibilities:Minimum 4 to 5 years of recent experience is selling IT services for customers based out of AU / UKAnd USA market-Mandatory requirement. Should be ready to work in Shifts:7:00to 4:30 (AU Shift),12pm to9 pm (UK Shift)&
8:00 pm to5:00 am (US Night Shift) Strong sales experience with a proven track record of achieving aggressive targetsTo develop a deep understanding of the IT service Industry processes and the ClientProfile. Specially into Digital Marketing (SEO SEM) , Web Design / Development, EmailDevelopment/ Email Marketing services .Tracking new clients in various industries , placing proposals getting the Agreements Done Process and manage paperwork and correspondence related to all Clients. Arrange / Prepare proposals and contracts for clients Understand Clients Staffing/Solutions Needs by doing Clients Assessment Provide a Detailed Client Documentation to Talent Operations Team Schedule Candidate Interviews with the Client and train the junior team as well Should have ability of Owning, Training & Managing a Sales Team Should be good in sales data analysis and providing solutions to the sales team based on theassistance required by the team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take the initiativeand build strong productive relationships. Candidates must be comfortable working for the AU-early morning, UK-late evening andUS based night shift. Must possess a Bachelors degree and having a Masters is a plus. Skills Required:People Management and Sales Team Management experience, excellent written and verbalcomms. Target chasing and ownership as well as mentoring the junior teams.A detailed Understanding of any one services is a must i.e in Digital Marketing Services like SEO/ SEM, PPC,Web Deisgn & Development, Email Development Services.
