- Develop strategies for Websites performance, optimization and improvements which helps to convert more leads.
- Responsible for Marketing collaterals, document design improvements and its overall presentation.
- Handle website update on regular basis and optimizing pages, call-to-actions and other stuff for higher conversions.
- Responsible for designing new strategies for effective engagement and lead conversion.
- Design email campaigns and develop plan to increase open ratio.
- Maintain graphics quality for companys branding and promotion strategies which include websites, press releases, blogs and social media.
- Responsible for revenue report develop plan for reducing time and mistakes.
- Develop and manage productivity and leading design team for producing effective design continuously on a regular basis.
- Responsible for task allocation and effective resource utilization to meet deadlines through prioritization.
- Setting up and helping team to set proper goals which can be beneficial to company.
- Coming up with constant enhancements and improvements in team processes as and when needed.
- Monitoring team performance through various parameters. Helping them increase their productivity through best solutions.
- Develop best practice and guidelines for the design team.
- Coordinating with different teams for the best results.
- Manage and monitor product enhancement from concept to design, wireframe, implementation, testing and after testing process to improve user experience.
- Responsible for managing and implementing activities through research, strategic planning and implementation.
- Develop simple, effective technical delivery processes to improve the production of design deliverables to time/cost/quality.
- Ensure required quality checking/approval procedures are carried out.
- Ensure design teams adapt and make effective use of standard products.
