Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant Business Analyst Program Manager
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a large scale program for large European Investment Bank. This program will be to reengineer entire Client Lifecycle Management process. Work with senior business people to have a real time understanding of business problem and, design the solution which really fits into customer needs.
Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of a large scale program ( Delivery, stakeholder management, Risk Management etc)
- Present status report to Genpact Management
- Good Understanding of Client Lifecycle Management process/Client Ref data
- Experience with large scale implementation programs
- Very good analytical skills and problem-solving ability
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Should have good trouble shooting skills
Minimum qualifications
- BE/B Tech/M Tech/MCA/BCA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal/leadership skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organization skills
- Effective listening skills
- Proficient in offering design solutions
- Comfortable giving demos
