Education:- Any Graduate

Location:- Work from home 

Job Responsibility:-

-Responsible for End to End Recruitment.

-Understanding the clients requirement, keeping information about their company, industry, their work culture & environment.

-Advertising vacancies on social media platforms to attract candidates in best way.

-Sourcing candidates on various job portals & social media platforms.

-Shortlisting the suitable candidates based on the clients requirement.

-Briefing the shortlisted candidates about the company, job responsibilities, salary & other benefits of the job to ensure the clarity before attending the interview.

-Organizing Interviews for candidates after receiving the confirmation from the client.

-Continuous coordination with candidates.

Requirement

We are in search of ambitious individuals who are interested in recruiting.

Should have minimum one year's experience as a recruiter & has an ability to work independently.

Fluent communication & convincing skills.

Should have own laptop/PC with internet connection.
