Designation : Accounts Associate
Salary : 50k + Accommodation is free, medical, travel from home to office is free.
Location : Qatar
Note - No food allowance
Education - Required Graduate or equivalent with a major Degree in Accountancy
Required - passport or need to arrange on urgent basis
Travel Cost -25k which would be taken only after you get offer from the company for the post
Accounts Associates are responsible to implement and drive cost management initiatives, define controls to mitigate financial risk and execute operation as per the Company business processes and procedures.
This position is primarily responsible for ensuring all finance and accounting related business processes of Companys operations are properly executed, accounted and monitored on a daily basis. These include but is not limited to general accounting procedures, preparation of payroll, audit, management financial reporting, performing related operational tasks and functions to name a few.
Roles & Responsibilities
- To adhere and implement the purpose of the role as mentioned above.
- Acts as the single point of contact for the assigned entity and proactively liaises with business for updates on transactions and new agreements.
- Manages the end to end accounting, and ensures the closure in a timely manner liaising with counterparts.
- Ensures the preparation of accurate and timely reporting of financial statements and perform reconciliations.
- Record all business transactions. Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned.
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
- Maintain accounting documents and records, ensuring all files are up to date.
- Administer payrolls and manages income and expenditure.
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders as required by the role.
- Responsible to assist clients in the payment and collection of course fee/s in the Company. Equally responsible for the cash register and maintaining receipts, records of withdrawals.
- Will contribute in addressing the Academys annual business goals and objectives in close coordination with the reporting Head / Manager.
- Other accounting duties assigned by the reporting Manager / Head / Company Management.

Work Experience
- With more than 3 years job-experience and solid background in Accounting, Finance & Audit
- Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, technical accounting skills, general accounting etc. that will help the candidate in completing his/her job responsibilities in the Company.
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
- Confident and with very good interpersonal and people skills
- With pleasing personality and can work as a team player
- Proficiency in accounting software and other Microsoft applications (excel, word etc.)
- Bachelors graduate or equivalent with a major Degree in Accountancy
