Job Description:
-Manage BAU revenue planning, target setting and daily achievement,working with multiple stakeholders
-Execute revenue strategy for profitable business growth
-Set up Quarterly/Monthly/Daily Revenue & Profitability goals- with full planning for traffic, conversion and all other metrics
-Daily Promotion planning in line with promo strategy & monthly profit goals
-Close collaboration with Site Merchandizing & Merchandizing teams to ensure delivery on abovegoals
-Analyse data to come up with insights to improve conversion rate, retention, re-engagement across all channels
-Promotion Strategy based on market potential, consumer insights, margins, competitive signals
-Planning and executing Sale event (EOSS, Monthly Sales etc)
-People Leadership: Convert strategies into action by liaising with cross-functional leadership &drive the changes required
Candidate Profile:
-MBA/PGDM from premium Instt
-Undergrad in Engg/Tech/Mngt
-Prior exp in business analytics / data analytics with exposure to Business/Category management
-SQL & MS-Excel competency must
-Python is a plus
-Post Graduate or Undergraduate in Engineering/Tech/Management
-Exposure of working in high growth & fast paced organization
-Strong bias for Action
-Ability to translate strategies into execution plans and take them to completion
-Willing to take calculated risks to grow the category
-Ability to work in fast paced, high ownership and high accountability environment
-Strong numerical and analytical aptitude
