Job Description
MT, Regulatory Affairs
In this role, the Senior Manager is responsible for planning & designing document and data enrichment between Documentum and Veeva Vault document management systems (DMS).
Responsibilities- Accountable for the data management and quality of input into the regulatory planning and strategy tools.
- Drive data coordination for assigned products and regulatory procedures as appropriate, as well as partnering with regional project teams and third-party partners to support regulatory submissions planning, build and delivery.
- Monitoring activities relating to data quality triggered by submission plan changes. Responsible for executing Quality Control checks of both input and output data and reports.
- Actively involved in defining and investigating data errors and resolving with identified stakeholders to ensure data integrity and completeness.
- Ability to quickly learn and master technical solutions (Excel, Sequence, Tableau) to provide support to regional and global project teams.
- Working within the regional teams ensure that all lead times and deliverables for data input are achieved to the required quality.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills (Clear verbal and Written Communication, Problem-solving, etc.)
- Flexible and adaptable to change with the vision for process improvement
- Good attention to detail
- Strong organization skills
- The ability to meet tight deadlines
- Technically adept at using IT systems and software
- Fast learner with proven ability to quickly understand overall changing demands of Projects
- Regulatory Affairs experience highly desirable
- Science-based degree is desirable
