Are you the one we are looking for Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate, Technical/Customer Service

In this role, you will be responsible to demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation and/or improvement.

Responsibilities:
  • Worldwide support of clients social media presence, communities and blogs including moderation, engagement, listening and insight services
  • Meet/Adhere to Contractual Metrics & Key Performance Indicators.
  • Provide moderation services across all key global social channels Insights- social + product listening.
  • Resources performing real-time listening and reactive or pro-active engagement
  • Adheres to clients defined processes & procedures and company policies
Qualifications we seek in youMinimum qualifications
  • Freshers are eligible
  • Any graduate degree or equivalent
Preferred qualifications
  • Good Command over English & Hindi, specially written
  • Technical Knowledge
  • Logical thinking & content creation
