Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities-
Handling inbound & Outbound calls
sales process, Voice process
CRM updates
Feedback collection etc.
We are looking for candidates who are good at communication.
Exp :1 to 3 years required.
Coordinating with operation team to ensure the timely response to inquiries.
Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts, Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
