Linux JD:

• Sound knowledge on the concepts of RedHat Linux OS, LVM, RAID.
• Hands-on Experience in RedHat Linux OS & LVM, RAID.
• Hands-on Experience in HBA/SAN environment.
• Knowledge/Hands on in RedHat cluster
• Knowledge on VCS cluster & Veritas Volume Manager
• Hands-on Experience in Virtualization.
• Hands on experience with ILOM/OA/Console
• Hands on experience in Hardware (IBM/HP/HP Blade) servers
• Troubleshooting performance related issues on the Redhat Linux OS.
• Should be familiar on troubleshooting HBA/SAN related issues from the OS end
• Basic Knowledge in Solaris OS/AIX.
• Should have worked and familiar with Incident/Change/Problem Management following ITIL process.
• Willing to work in 24/7 support Env.
