Under the umbrella of the New MaxAttention, the Transformation Hub is designed to enable an advanced, scalable way of delivering relevant architecture guidance to the SAP front-office teams and customers directly. The Service Architect Transformation Hub is structured into these areas:
THE ROLE
Digital transformations with S/4HANA at the core cover both application-related topics but also IT strategy. The Service Architect Transformation Hub guides large enterprises through the digital transformation by identifying drivers for change, mapping those drivers to enablers in terms of application components or non-functional qualities and deriving an industry-specific target architecture. From there, a roadmap for a multi-step transition is derived. Following up on this initial transition roadmap
