Job description
-Freshers and Experienced candidates with 0-2 years experience in a domestic call center.
-Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills in English & Tamil and Gujrati & English
-Shall possess great ability in customer service, customer handling, and resolving customer
queries and issues.
-Shall possess problem-solving skills and enhancing customer satisfaction through quick and
efficient resolution.
-Good typing skills
-Flexible to work in 24*7 Shift
- 5 days working and any 2 weekly off
- Immediate joiners only
- Relocation not allowed
- Transport boundary:
Thane(Ghodbunder rd) to CST
Mira Road( pin code 401107) to Church gate.
CBD Belapur to CST.
Education:
