Qualification: Graduate - Diploma / B.E Electrical

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai

Experience: 4 - 9 years ( Residential Site)

Note: 1 year Contractual Job

Roles and Responsibilities

• Strong communication (spoken and written) and convincing skills, basic knowledge of handover of flats.
• Civil / Fit out knowledge,
• Generating reports for fitouts,
• Complete knowledge of Technical operations for a residential society
• snagging and De-snagging
