Position: Helpdesk Executive

Experience: 3-6 years in Residential Property management

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai

Qualification: Graduate in any stream

Candidates staying in Western Line preferred.

Note: Contractual Job ( 1 year Contract)

Job description:

• Worked in residential premises.
• Must have managed Helpdesk for a residential society.
• Must have hands-on experience of helpdesk software.
• Strong Follow-up, Vendor Coordination, General Administration,
• Good in documentation and reports- MIS reports - Daily, weekly, monthly 
• Eye for details, Vendor Coordination, ISO documentation, Email Communication
• Take the queries from the customer and solve the concern.
• Act as a coordinator between the clients and facility department
