Job Description

New part Development and Process Planning
Develop CNC and VMC program (FANUC controller) for precision machining of 2-5 axis components.
Develop basic Fixtures for parts
Supervise CNC (Lathe) and VMC Machine
Plan machining activity sequence to reduce turnaround time for jobs.
Look after the regular upkeep of CNC and VMC machines
Needs to have knowledge of different tooling used in CNC and VMC machines.
Needs to have knowledge of the sequence of different machining operations.
Needs to have 2-3 years experience in CNC and VMC machining and programming.
You will work as a team leader for the machining department and coordinate activities with QC and Planning Dept.
This position reports directly to senior management.
Freshers will NOT be considered
