Job Description
VAM Systems is a Business Consulting, IT Solutions and Services company.VAM Systems is currently looking for Salesforce Business/Quality Analyst for our UAE operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:
Skill set Required:
The candidates must possess expertise/experience in the following domains:
Understanding of Salesforce, SFDC Architecture & concepts is required.
Experience testing Salesforce platform is required.
Experience in Web Services Testing is required.
Create clear, concise detail-oriented test plans/cases.
Ability to understand and create test plans from specifications or verbal communications.
Communicate with development and project management.
Ability to lead and work as part of a team with good work ethics
Strong communication skills are required (oral and written)
At least Salesforce Salesforce Administrator certification is mandatory. PD1 certification will be preferred.
Review design specifications to ensure understanding of project.
Identify test requirements from specifications and design testing to ensure coverage of project.
Develop, document and maintain test cases including data, and scripts used.
Execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases and report test results.
Identify any potential quality issues immediately report to manager.
Isolate, replicate, and report bugs and verify bug fixes
Experienced in authoring requirements, definition and related documentation
Experience in collaborating with business stakeholders, business process owners, technical project managers and
technical teams to execute business analysis tasks
Must have 6+ years of experience in Salesforce QA/BA role.
2+ years of client facing/onsite experience. UAE market experience preferred.
Following modules hands-on experience preferred. Sales Cloud, Lightning Migration, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Payment Gateway, Customer Community & Partner Community.
Dedicatedly work with client and be available during the working hours for coordination.

Joining time frame: 30 days
The selected candidates shall join VAM Systems - UAE and shall be deputed to one of the Organizations in UAE.
