Inviting application for the role of a Senior Manager, Salesforce Lead Developer
This role lies with Genpact Corporate IT - TSMO. You will be responsible of enhancement task in Genpact Salesforce Application.

Responsibilities- Able to perform code review and code optimization
- Taking initiative to identify what the business should be supervising and evaluating
- Can build Technical Design document
- Ensuring that the team is following standard methodologies when architecting, programming or detailing solutions.
- Ensure the timely delivery of improvements or modifications to ongoing production CRM systems.
- Handling the team with individual contributor.
Minimum Qualifications
- Good interpersonal skills
- B.Tech./ M.Tech./ MBA
- Robust analytics experience
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a creative, Agile environment and lead multiple task assignments
- Problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
- Salesforce admin, dev certifications
- Knowledge of Design & implement APIs and web-based interfaces utilizing Apex code, Web Services, etc
- Knowledge of LWC
- Experience to build custom lightning component
