Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for vetting of contracts & bid conditions, commercial notices and correspondence etc.
• Hands on experience in contract management, costing, dealing with NHAI and arbitration is essential
• Monitoring contract performance and Commercial Reporting

Desired Candidate Profile

• Educational Qualification: Graduate Civil Engineer (Mandatory), with a Degree in Law.
• Minimum 10+ years experience with 5 years in senior management
• 5 years proven track record as contracts specialist in EPC industry or with Concessionaires
• Person from Consulting background only, not desired
• Willing to travel
