Job | Urgent Opening_ Quality Control Pune LocationDear Candidates ,

Minimum Qualification : BE in Mechanical Engg or Diploma Engg-Mech.
Minimum Experience: 2 to 5 yrs (BE)/ 3 to 7 yrs (Diploma).
Exposure Project based company, Machine tool/ SPM Machine mfg, Well versed with ERP, MS Office.
Reports to Lead Member.
Position is reported by GL Members.
Key Responsibilities
a) Carryout Verification / Inspection of Manufactured parts and/or Bought out Parts w.r.t. Drawings, Specification sheet and/or Catalogues.
b)Understand the project/product requirements through drawings, specifications, standards.
c) Ensure "Quality Control System" at suppliers end.
d) Carryout CMM Inspection in coordination with Build/VT-1 team and submit Reports.
e) Interpretation on observations and follow through decision making of parts on the basis of Fitment, Functional, Performance requirements.
f) Daily Clearance of GRR at PARI Inward stage.
g) Verification of processes for Class A items at Mfg Suppliers.
h) Report for the deficiencies observed at suppliers end and/or at PARI Inward stage.
i) Monitor to GL team for completion of NCQC activities at Supplier end.
j) Update and change in priority based on Build/Project urgencies and act accordingly.
k) Ensure for availability of appropriate QC facilities at Suppliers.
l) Comply to Management Systems of PARI.
m) Resolve issues highlighted by GL members, Material team & suppliers on site.
n) Communication across all levels within the organization.
o) Communication to all Suppliers - B/o and Part Mfg both on Quality issues.
p) Report delays and issues, if any, to Leader and/or Lead Member.
