IT Delivery Manager:

Experience : 8 +Year

Location: Bangalore (HSR Layout)

Job Mode : WFO / WFH

Salary : Open for right candidate

NP: Immediate

Shift Timings : General Shift
Work Timings: Mon- Sat (9.30 AM-6.30 PM).
Additional Benefits : Incentives + Free Lunch (July 2021 onwards) + Growth

Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate Only (MBA HR Preferable) / B.Tech + MBA / M.Tech

Strong work experience into end- end recruitment process.
Must have client handling experience
Maintain strategic plan before assign the work to the team members.
Maintain good relationship with the clients & Team members
Maintain client Reports & new Technology adoptable.
Supervise team individual report including revenue
Good awareness on social media platform
He will collect the requirements from client end and distribute to the team members.
Provide the feedback properly from client side.
Must analyze the reports about the team members performance on daily & weekly monthly & quarterly & yearly basis.
Follow up with the clients
Should have target chasing attitude
