Knowledge Level [1] - low [2] - medium [3] - high [4] - very high # Security Skills [1] - very basic Network/OS/Application incl. some basic web penetration testing # Pipeline Skills [3] - BuildServer (like Jenkins, GitLab) - Metrics & Alerting (like Prometheus, Grafana) - Logging & Monitoring (ELK-Stack) # Development Skills [3-4] - Java, Python, Bash, SQL, Perl, JavaScript or etc - XML, YAML, JSON - Maven, Gradle - REST API's, SOAP - Git/Artifactory - Database (PostgreSQL) # Testing Skills [2-3] - static code analysis (SonarQube) - performance, security, accessibility, functional, etc. # Infrastructure Knowledge [3-4] - Infrastructure lifecycle, maintenance & support - Hypervisor (VM's) - Docker, Kubernetes (Microservices) - basic linux/windows configuration - Protocol nowledge (SSH, HTML, etc) - Layer architecture (OSI/ISO) # Cloud Skills [3] - example AWS EC2/Route53/EKS/ECR/S3/VPC/Aurora/etc # Command of Automation Technologies and Tools Skills [3-4] - source control, build, deployment, provisioning and orchestration solution, test -- Terraform, CDK, Ansible # Soft Skills on soft skill level (divided into 2 units), we need following: Personal Skills (the personality is very important) - Strong Communication - Flexibility - Creativity - SelfDriven - Passion # Team Skills - Decision-making - Collaboration - Proactivity - Confidence
