Product:- PNB Met life Insurance
Qualification:-HSC
Location:- Delhi (Karam pura)
Salary:-up to 3.5k pa + Incentive
Exp :- 2 years into voice process in BPO background only
Age :-Up to 32 or below
Responsibilities and Duties
This position is based out of call center.
Person will be responsible for taking outbound calls on response based campaigns
if customer has shown interest on Social media/Google etc. for buying variousLife
Insurance products then these leads will be routed to Call center executives. He/She will call the
customer and explain about the details of the product accordingly. He/She will close the sale by
taking necessary details. He/She will be responsible to clarify all doubts and queries of the customers
considering all parameters, as per our quality guidelines.
