Job Description
We have Opening for Resident Doctor for BAMS Doctor in Girgaon.
Position: Clinic Head (BAMS)
Job_location: Girgaon.
Salary: 25 k to 30 k ( Incentive )
Experience: 6 Months to 5 year
Responsibility
o Recruit, hire and coordinate the training of new staff members
o Manage staff by assigning and delegating tasks as needed
o Plan and manage the clinic's budget and approve payroll
o Handling All Clinics in Kanpur.
o Handling the Patient and doing the treatments from Ayurveda.
Roles
o Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
o Analytical thinking skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment when making decisions
o Must be customer service oriented and prepared to liaise with patients, their families and other care providers
o Extremely organized and detail oriented
o Ability to delegate tasks as needed
o Ability to spend long periods of time sitting at a desk
o Knowledge of a second language is an asset
