Responsibilities:

Build and maintain databases of relevant job profiles in the industry.
Source the profiles from various job portals and identify potential candidates through Head Hunt and other recruitment strategies.
Able to make calls and perform initial screening of the candidates and shortlist them.
Able to coordinate with the interview candidates and as well as the interview panel.
Maintain rapport with the offered candidates for smooth on-board process.
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports and dashboards.
Network and relationship-building with the aptitude to handle complexity.
