Job Description

Job Responsibilities
  • Governance end to end process of quality compliance and quality assurance in BLR operations in according to SOP
  • Monitor the KPIs and being met as agreed in SLA with BIAL and PPG
  • Ensure adequate controls are maintained regarding non-compliance and follow up with corrective actions
  • Analyze and report with tracking and trending of KPIs quality metrices etc to determine if corrective action plan is required.
  • SOP establishment for all BLR operations and services and Sop maintenance for operations
  • Monitor the performance for BLR operations and submit report to Director of Finance and BLR station director
  • Process optimization through Six Sigma and Lean Management tools
  • Lead, coordinate and support to accomplish year ISO audit and certification
  • Acting as a gatekeeper to comply BLR operations Sustainability requirements
  • Facilitate the implementation in digitalization of SOP and documents
  • Own and ensure ISO compliance (policies, procedures & documentation) and take remedial actions to rectify identified problems
  • Conduct ISO awareness training for all new joiners and recurring training for operations staff
  • Lead in reviewing and analyzing the performance of products and services against the requirements of QMS
  • Lead in planning, organizing and conducting ISO training and workshop
  • Consolidate business process and operations quality related feedback for examination and analysis
  • Lead in developing and implementing QMS policies and procedures (PNP), standard operating procedures (SOP), guidelines and documentation system
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects/assignments as instructed by the superiors
Job Requirements

  • Holder of bachelors degree in Quality Management relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years relevant experience, of which 3 years in a similar managerial position, or equivalent quality and compliance environment
  • Strong Knowledge of ISO 22000, 9001, HACCP
  • Qualified as Internal Audit of ISO 22000 and 9001
  • Good analyzing organizing, planning and decision making.
  • Good leadership, delegation, influencing and coaching skills to lead and build the team
  • Knowledge in Lean, Six Sigma, and Operational Excellence
  • Able to identify shortfalls and inadequacy in process
  • Team leadership and change leadership
  • Good command of both spoken/written English, working knowledge of local languages will be advantages.
