Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Support the FS&QC manager to accomplish year ISO audit and certification
Monitor the KPIs and being met as agreed in SLA with BIAL and PPG
SOP establishment for all BLR operations and services and Sop maintenance for operations
Lead, coordinate and support to accomplish year ISO audit and certification
Ensure ISO compliance (policies, procedures & documentation) and follow up corrective actions
Conduct ISO awareness training for all new joiners and recurring training for operations staff
Facilitate the implementation in digitalization of SOP and documents
Consolidate business process and operations quality related feedback for examination and analysis
Handle airport/ client audit related document and coordination

Job Requirements

Holder of bachelors degree in Quality Management relevant disciplines
At least 3 year relevant experience, preferable gained hospitality quality and compliance environment.
Possess Hygiene Manager certificate will be an advantage
Familiar with ISO 22000, 9001, HACCP Six Sigma and Lean Management
Good command of both spoken/written English, working knowledge of local languages will be advantages.
