Job Purpose:
The role bearer has the responsibility to plan, organize, direct and oversee the activities of the Recoveries department, while managing the agencies associated with the company in their assigned territory. The role bearer will be responsible for the efficiency and optimization of retrieving the EMI from the customers and must adhere to the guidelines laid out by the company contributing to the larger organization objectives of the bank.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Managing and undertaking recovery process for debts that have been assigned
- Actively keep a track of the NPA portfolio for assigned location
- Regularly track & control the delinquency of the area, vintage wise focus on the assigned portfolio
- Allocate and achieve targets from agencies/ in house team, & also to maintain ACR, trail intensity & getting customers feedback updated on real time basis
- Proactively follow up with the default customers
- Making sure recovery process and legal guidelines are adhered
- Tracing absconded default customers and initiate recovery process
- Recommend legal actions for non-recoverable cases and follow up with the legal team for the closure of the cases
- Maintain data for administrative work related to recovery such as updating delinquent account history, providing and maintaining MIS report, reviewing of recovery feedback on daily, weekly & monthly basis

Graduate Any
Post Graduate Any
Experience: Minimum of 4 or more years of experience in recoveries.
