Review business plans regularly and make changes to adapt to market dynamics keeping in mind the end goalAchieve Cross sell and Third party product target assigned.For individual portfolio and Unit(Team) Portfolio Constantly engage with product groups and Focus on acquiring Salary relationship, key official and Dr accounts and set review mechanisms. Provide guidance to RMs and support to POS teams, Digital banking teams to ensure digital conversion of collection/ payments for clients in the portfolio. To ensure team is updated about banks cross sell offerings and plan training requirements and joint calls. Constantly monitor , mentor RMs and ensure delivering on the key objectives set for the department Follow sales process for efficient utilization of resources and improving outcomeMonthly reviews of the RM portfolio (plan Vs achievement) and other cross function teams to ensure better product penetration. Providing guidance to RMs and preparing them before call to make an effective and resulted oriented sales pitch CRM call reviews to be done as per TAT to provide guidance and monitor tasks & leads for closure. To have effective networking in the regional market to get ground level pulse and to react accordingly. To do joint calling with RMs and provide on the job appraisal and continuous feedback. To identify pain areas of RM and work closely with support groups to eliminate the issues. Act as a bridge between senior management and RM and ensure that all the management objectives and guidance is properly passed on to each and every RM for better execution. To ensure housekeeping is in order and critical document related pendencies are resolved timely Team Management Hiring/ grooming and mentoring RMs To Hire, groom and train RMs for the job requirement and create a competent sales team. To make sure the entire regional team is fully motivated and in line with Banks initiatives of growth. Supervision of RM on Performance, variance with budgets and plans to meet shortfall. Act as administrative approver for various activities. To look at ways to reduce cost for the Bank and also to see max return per employee. Client Relationship/service management and increasing banks wallet share across products and Strategic initiativesFor individual portfolio and Unit(Team) Portfolio Periodic Interaction with promoters and senior management at clients end and suppliers to build strong WIN-WIN relationships. To manage limit renewals/ enhancements in a timely and compliant manner. To supervise and overlook customer service delivery and overall customer experience through RMs and support groups To increase usage of digital channel like TON, E-Net, Net Banking etc for improving clients experience and TAT. At regional head level, competition scoping/ benchmarking for the regional/ local market to be done on a regular basis and modification of strategies as may be required. To have effective networking with branches/ suppliers/ CAs in the regional market to get ground level pulse and to react accordingly. Take up projects related to the Department in the regions and support improvement in process on all India basis. Attend various Healthcare and education business conferences.
