Job Description


A) Service Delivery not restricted to: 1) Ensure Zero FTNR/ Handling Claim Settlement (Start to End) 2) Verification of all Documents, details filled in the Form and ensuring the form is complete in all respects3) Forwarding the documents to various Insurance Department as well as PAD, reverting on queries and ensuring any updation to be done through any delay4) Handing over the Rejected Document to the sourcing Officer / Staff with Clear Rejection Reasons and necessary solution for curing5) Reconciliation of the Documents send for Processing and Claim Settled 6) Regular Monitoring of the Hold Queries raised by PAD & Insurance Companies and clearing all the Queries within the TAT7) Track the Exceptions and clear the same within TAT8) Co-ordinate with DRDO at Government Department to ensure all Claims are processed and Information is provided to Government Department.B) Service Delivery 1) Salary Claim Manager shall report to a Zoanl Salary Head and process the Claims of the specific location only. 2) Zonal Salary Head may place the resource as per volume and decide on the location of the resource.SkillsInsurance Knowledge,Sales and Influencing SkillsBanking Product & Process KnowledgePlanning and Organizing SkillsCommunicationKnowledge of Competition & Current trends in financial Industry.
