A. Customer Engagement: Customer engagement / personal visits at pre-defined frequencyB. Customer Service: Specialized resource to pro-actively resolve customer queries, service requirements, product customization, etc to ensure primary banking behaviourC. Enhance Relationship Value Enhancement: Help customer with appropriate products to fulfil family and business banking needs, including those of Group Firms, and thereby maximize relationship valueD. Product Penetration: Understand customers business profile / requirements and fulfil needs via products/services such as Trade Finance / Forex, Cash Management Services, POS Machines / Payment gateway solutions, doorstep banking, Loans, Life / General Insurance etc. E. Migration to Digital Platform: Migration of transactions to Digital Banking Channels i.e. Net Banking/ E-Net, Mobile Banking, Phone Banking, Insta-Alerts, Email Statements etc as per customer profile / needs / preferenceF. Central Initiatives: 1. Maintaining portfolio health i.e. Account activation & balance maintenance2. Ensure action on central triggers / customer service initiativesSkills1. Sales and Influencing Skills2. Banking Product & Process Knowledge3. Planning and Organizing Skills4. Communication5. Knowledge of Competition & Current trends in financial Industry.
