Desired Job Profile:

• Expertise in managing engineering maintenance in Pharma manufacturing facility for reducing breakdown / downtime & enhancing operational reliability of equipment and systems
• Successfully completion of the regulatory audit like USFDA, MHRA, EU & TGA.
• Demonstrated abilities in handling installation, commissioning, validation, troubleshooting of equipment and facility Maintained as per the guidelines.
• Highly resourceful in managing construction project management activities, encompassing planning, design, scope definition, estimation and resource administration.

Cementing relations with the vendors for timely procurement of material and negotiating rates.

OPERATION REVIEW:

• HVAC
• Water Systems.
• Effluent Treatment plant.
• Mechanical Maintenance.
• Utility Management.
• Steam Generators.
• Validations.
• cGMP Documentation.
• Regulatory audit.
• Soft Services, including cleaning, catering, waste management, hospitality, employee transportation, archiving, security, and pest control, garments, EHS and PPEs etc.
