I am currently hiring for one of my client in Mumbai and I am looking for a person to handle the Branch in terms of HR activities. This role will involve 70 % of Talent Acquisition and 30% of Operations.
I am looking for candidates who come with a strong exposure in volume / bulk hiring mainly in Sales requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities
Will be responsible for driving hiring agenda for the branch (which will contribute to 70% of his profile)
Stakeholders management
TA Experience in Bulk Hiring
Hire to retire experience
Good verbal & written communication,presentation skills, Analytical Skills
Interpersonal Relationship ,Bulk Hiring exp
Negotiation
Experience in use of different job boards.

Looking for candidates who come from the following industry background with sound Sales requirement hiring and also team handling exp
