Job Description:
US IT Recruitment End to End.
Identifying the right candidates by searching jobsites, internal database and referrals.
Work on different technical requirements of company major clients.
Hands on experience with direct clients, W2,C2C & Full time is must.
Expert level experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EAD's, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax term (W2, 1099 & Corp to Corp)
Experience in recruiting, H1's, Citizens, GC's, OPT's and EAD consultants.
Sourcing, Submissions, negotiate salaries, scheduling interviews, extend offers, explain benefits, etc.
Setup web-recruiting strategy, selected web search tools (Monster, Dice, LinkedIn etc.).
Constantly building pipeline and updating internal database.
Full cycle Recruitment involving sourcing, identifying, and interviewing, screening and placing personnel in quick turnaround time in contract, contract with hire and permanent positions.
Understanding the client requirements, coordinating for short listing and screening including preliminary interview of the candidates
Negotiating the rates on Contract, Contract to hire basis.
Responsible to understand and analyze the requirements in different domain categories.
Coordinating, Scheduling & Conducting Interviews.
Keeping Track of Responses & Short-listing Profiles.
