Job Description

Required Skills/Experience

BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and 3+ years as Agile Coach
Expert in agile software development methodologies & practices
Deep understanding of Quality Assurance best practices
Experience in analyzing, planning, implementing and delivering sprint and release goals
Expert in conducting daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming/refinement, demos & retrospective meetings
Experience using JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good skills and knowledge of openness, servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
Experience generating Metrics and Reports
Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills/Experience

Experience with SAFe methodologies
Technical knowledge of distributed architectures
Background in working with highly scalable, highly available, and fault tolerant systems
Scrum master & other agile certifications are a plus.
