Job Description: Handling Inbound Customer calls (Domestic process)

Answering inbound calls for non-technical processes.
Catering to complaint management desk where associates will get queries/ requests/complaints through Calls (Voice Process), position requires orientation to quality of service, not chasing on monthly targets.

Shifts- Day shift / Rotational Shifts

Eligibility & Skills

Freshers / Experienced
Graduates (Any Stream)/No Backlogs
Candidate should be fluently speaking in Malayalam and English
Good typing skills
Day/shift For Female Candidate

Salary :

Freshers: 18k to 20k per month

Experienced: (min 1 year ) : 20k - 22k per month
