Job Description

JD for BA (Busines Analyst):

Minimum of 5 years - REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES:

Responsible for defining and managing the scope of business systems projects and production support defects/initiatives
Manages integrated functionality, usability, reliability, performance, and support requirements of a system
Provides the link between the technical and business views of the system by ensuring that the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the business
Strong-to-superior analytical problem-solving ability, Strong analytical skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in writing business requirements and technical requirements, including mapping documents
Experience managing client expectations and eliciting requirements from end-users and ability to work in a fast paced environment managing multiple projects at once
Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical documents common to the environment
In-depth knowledge of the Agile process and working in all phases.
